Scrum Master: Agile Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead our agile team in Makati City. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teams and hold a Scrum Master certification. They should be able to mentor and coach the Scrum Team, possess strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, Software development life cycle, Agile Scrum, and Risks and Issues Management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work on hybrid setup with 3 days work from home and 2 days remote on-site in Makati City. Night shift schedules (9pm to 6am or 10pm to 7am) will be required. We offer a competitive salary range of 80,000php to 140,000php gross per month.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach Scrum Team to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies.
  • Liaise with team members to understand project requirements and ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project scope.
  • Analyze and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for multiple application development teams.
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Ability to mentor and coach Scrum Team.
  • Strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, Software development life cycle, Agile Scrum, and Risks and Issues Management.
