Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to oversee the development of our web applications and internal tools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your technical expertise to lead the development process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and user experience leads to define project requirements and create effective solutions
  • Overseeing the implementation of web service integrations, API's, and other technical components to meet business needs
  • Developing and maintaining our API documentation to ensure seamless integration with other systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails and JavaScript programming languages
  • Experience with source control systems (Git) and agile project management methodologies (Scrum)
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills, including team management, conflict resolution, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with database fundamentals and REST API's
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
