About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the position of a Credit Recovery Specialist. As a Credit Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments in a professional and patient manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with clients to collect outstanding payments
  • Engage in timely and courteous communication with customers
  • Maintain trustful relationships while ensuring timely payments
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 9 months of experience in Collections, specifically in international accounts
  • The ability to utilize dialers effectively
  • Demonstrated account management expertise
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements

Please note that this is a permanent work-from-home opportunity, which necessitates:

  • A laptop or desktop with a minimum 2.0 GHz processor (I3, I5, I7 or dual-core & up processor)
  • At least 8 GB of RAM and 80 GB HD space with 20GB free
  • An available USB port, a USB headset (combo Mic and Headset with noise-canceling), and internet access via cable or fiber (min download speed of 10mbps and upload speed of 10mbps)
  • A hardwired connection to the PC/laptop (wireless internet access not permitted)
