Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong finance or accounting background to fill this key role.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across various systems
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance
Digital Asset Management:
  • Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools
  • Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs)
  • Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records
Audit Compliance Invoicing:
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews
  • Issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintain proper records
  • Ensure compliance and financial documentation are up-to-date
Admin Legal Corporate Support:
  • Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers
  • Manage legal documents (NDAs, agreements, resolutions)
  • Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation
Internal Operations:
  • Document and improve finance, legal, and admin workflows
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations across departments and external advisors

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial management processes.
