Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing TA team remotely.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring pipelines (1,000+ applicants/month).
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment strategy.
