Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Implement and maintain accounting procedures in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with executive management and department heads.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor budget variances and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5 years' experience in a finance leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives and driving results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and corporate finance concepts, with expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
