Lead Construction Manager Position: We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction leader to drive our projects forward.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities across multiple sites nationwide, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Developing and implementing construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Leading the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Coordinating with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with a proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel extensively and adapt to flexible office and field schedules.
