About This Role

You'll lead our key AI projects, overseeing project execution, coordinating remotely with clients, stakeholders, and workers, and collaborating with fellow leaders to improve processes.

  • Lead complex projects from inception to completion with systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills engaging stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Display meticulous attention to detail, pursuing operational excellence to enhance processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand customer business goals and needs.
  • Setup, oversee, and coordinate project execution to successful completion.
  • Communicate transparently with peers and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and blockers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and growth of customer accounts.
  • Meet Project Manager evaluation criteria.
  • Engage in community activities and required meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Customer-facing communication skills.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Familiarity with excel/spreadsheet functions and data analysis.
  • Ideal background in computer science or slightly technical.
  • Affordable internet connection speed (5mbps) and system requirements (8GB RAM, 256GB memory).
  • Strong understanding and creative use of AI and software tools.
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Can-do attitude.
