As a seasoned professional, you will assume responsibility for overseeing and leading IT projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills and can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and close projects efficiently while ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and consistent operational quality.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software issues with precision and speed.
  • Developing and Maintaining Guidelines: Develop internal documentation and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all applications meet relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Security Architect at Head Office, other subsidiaries, and/or security vendors to drive business success.
  • Adhere to Environment, Health and Safety Protocols.
  • Perform Other Functions: May be assigned by superior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a background as Developer.
  • Experience and knowledge of IT system development and operations, project management, and project methodology.
  • Knowledge in Quality Management/Cybersecurity/ISO 27001 is desirable.
  • Background in Data Analysis and Reporting; Waterfall, Agile, Scrum Methodology.
  • Background in PMBOK; Certifications in PMP/CAPM is an advantage.
