As Head of Product Proposition, you will oversee the development and enhancement of all products to meet customer needs and drive business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and refine value propositions to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of strategies and optimal customer experience.
  3. Design and implement new product variants and offers, marketing programs, promos, and incentive programs.
  4. Effectively communicate product vision and strategies to stakeholders, Business/Product Heads, and Channel Heads.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management and project management, preferably from the banking or fintech industry.
  • Detailed understanding of different areas of CASA/Payroll business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Tools (moderate to advanced Excel skills / advanced PowerPoint skills).
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a group or across cross-functional teams.
