Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Account Manager to oversee key client accounts, ensuring their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage client accounts from day-to-day operations, assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services, and help maintain brand popularity among consumers.

  • Assisting clients' brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels
  • Executing brand strategies for both clients and the company in an efficient manner
  • Building brand image for clients and the company's products or services
  • Conducting and documenting market research on the latest trends in changing consumer tastes
  • Analyzing, assessing, and evaluating competitors' products and their brand issues

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include managing daily account operations, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
