Financial Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and bookkeeping.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial records, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Manage day-to-day financial records for management reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, payable, and invoicing processes.
  • Assist with client planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial documents.
  • Develop and maintain controls and improvements for internal processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and professional communication at all times.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping and cloud-based software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
