Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BPO QA Analyst to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts in revenue cycle management, ensuring seamless interaction with patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 2nd year College undergraduate or equivalent
- Must have 2-4 years of handling healthcare accounts
- At least 1 year of QA or TL experience
Working Hours
This is a fixed working hours position, with shifts starting from 8pm and ending at 10pm, Monday to Friday.
