Case Coordinator Position

At our organization, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Case Coordinator to support attorneys and manage various cases.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in employment or consumer litigation, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist attorneys in complex legal matters.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Investigate each case thoroughly, gathering information and analyzing documents.
- Interview clients and gather facts, also obtain necessary documentation.
- Review medical records and assist with appointments, obtaining referrals when necessary.
- Collect evidence and documentation for legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys on settlement development and document preparation.
- Maintain organized case files and track project status.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties as required.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bilingualism in Spanish is an asset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to handle high volumes of calls and work independently.
