Lead Case Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive necessary services and resources to improve their well-being.
- Conduct client assessments to identify needs and create individualized care plans
- Communicate with insurance companies to initiate claims and confirm coverage
- Facilitate the resolution of property damage claims
- Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment plans and gather records
- Maintain organized case files
- Work closely with attorneys to manage and resolve client cases
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager at a law firm is required
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and insurance claims procedures
- Previous experience in personal injury law is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
