We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Management Trainee to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

The Management Trainee will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs across the assigned area.
  • Fostering day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Driving sales growth through leadership support to Restaurant Managers, focusing on client relationships and customer engagement.
  • Evaluating operational and cost management opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leading workforce management efforts at the assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring, and employee orientation and certification.
  • Implementing administrative activities necessary to drive business success, such as office organization, permit acquisition, and Store Reports Preparation.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Food or Business related field.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and extended hours.
