Job Title: Accounting Operations Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team at DDT Konstract, Inc. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless accounting operations in our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate and prepare checks and vouchers for various vendors, including suppliers, subcontractors, utilities, and petty cash disbursements.
  • Coordinate with purchasing departments and cost control management department for purchase order concerns.
  • Record and maintain files of original purchase orders for attachments to vouchers.
  • Reconcile payables with suppliers and sub-contractor's statement of account.
  • Maintain records of supplier's advances and monitor liquidation of such advances.
  • Coordinate with project accountant for the issuance of advance PDCs.
  • Monitor sub-contractor's progress billings and ensure charges are deducted from billings.
  • Maintain and update ledger of sub-contractor's advances and retentions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on summary of payables of suppliers, sub-contractors, and other vendors.
  • Coordinate with A/R officer for release of payment and fund requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business-related course.
  • Preferably with experience or fresh graduate in any related accounting function such as payables, receivables, payroll, inventories financial reports preparation.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, QuickBooks, or any Accounting System.
  • Proficient in the use of various Microsoft office applications.

Estimated Salary: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
