Accurate and organized data is crucial for business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of records across our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry and maintenance: You will input, update, and maintain accurate product, sales, and inventory data in our systems.
  • Record verification: You will verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.
  • Reporting: You will generate, organize, and maintain reports for management review.
  • Collaboration: You will work with internal teams to ensure data requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Administrative experience: You must have proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
  • Technical skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools is required.
  • Specialized knowledge: Familiarity with A2000 Program is essential.
  • Soft skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude are required.
Work Setup & Schedule
  • Full-time | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
  • 100% Remote / Work from Home
