Lead Generation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential leads, creating and managing databases, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain comprehensive Excel databases of educational staff contacts
  • Systematically collect email addresses and professional contact details from school board websites
  • Create organized listings of educational institutions within designated school boards
  • Document and verify contact information accuracy across multiple educational platforms
  • Implement efficient data collection methodologies to ensure thorough coverage
  • Structure and format data entries to maintain consistency and usability
  • Track progress across multiple school boards and educational institutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with data entry and information gathering
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and systematic work approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
