Research Operations Specialist

Elevate our data collection services by gathering information on service providers and evaluating consumer experiences through phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound calls and offline inquiries based on campaign targets.
- Engage potential clients in phone conversations, maintaining a professional tone.
- Collect data about provider services according to predetermined criteria.
- Document conversations with accuracy and clarity.
- At least 2 years of experience handling US banking and lending voice accounts.
- Deep understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOCs, and refinancing.
- Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fees, prepayment penalties, DTI ratios, and credit score impacts.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, process-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and goals. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain equipment in top condition.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience making outbound verification calls to US lenders and banks.
- Able to read lender materials (rate sheets, fee schedules, Loan Estimates) and capture data with zero-defect accuracy.
- Working knowledge of US consumer-lending regulations sufficient to ask precise questions and spot red flags.
