Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing bank reconciliations and Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Processing bills using DEXT and Hubdocs
  • Preparing payables and receivables reports
  • Managing sales invoicing
  • Conducting XERO Projects tracking and reporting
  • Completing end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS
  • Preparing management reports, cashflow forecasts, and budgets

You will work closely with our clients to provide a high level of professional service, delivering quality bookkeeping tasks and reporting on any problem areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs
  • Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting and budget preparation
  • Experience in Xero Projects tracking and reporting
