Job Description

Candidara is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing basic administrative tasks, including email correspondence and calendar management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage email correspondence and calendar events
  • Prepare documents and presentations as needed
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients
  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients via phone and social media platforms
  • Schedule meetings between executives and prospective clients
  • Maintain a client database with accurate information
  • Assist in preparing reports for client meetings
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, CRM software, and Apollo (for lead generation)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
