Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our team. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, managing cash flow, and performing monthly financial closing activities. You will also assist the CFO in financial forecasting and budget tracking, and support the CFO in optimizing financial processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing multi-country financial operations.
