
Senior Corporate Administrator

This role is crucial in delivering exceptional corporate secretarial administration services to clients worldwide. As a Corporate Secretary, you will support our Client Services team by drafting resolutions and preparing minutes for general meetings.
You will also be responsible for sending reminders on deadlines to hold Annual General Meetings and maintaining statutory books. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day relationships with clients and deliver client reporting accurately and on time.

- Draft Resolutions and Prepare Minutes: Draft resolutions and prepare minutes for general meetings.
- Send Reminders: Send reminders on deadlines to hold Annual General Meetings and maintain statutory books.
- Client Reporting: Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day relationships with clients and deliver client reporting accurately and on time.
Additional responsibilities include generating and preparing documents and forms for clients, minimizing risk to the company by following procedures and checklists, and supporting the immediate supervisor in completing required deliverables for clients and identifying areas needing attention or support.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Supporting the Board: Experience supporting the Board of Directors or Board of Trustees.
- Minute-Taking: Knowledge of minute-taking and preparation of Board Materials.
- Filings and Compliance: Experience with filings and compliance.
