Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media interactions, creating engaging content, and analyzing audience insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate high-quality multimedia content for various social media platforms.
  • Gather valuable information on audience profiles, engagement metrics, industry trends, competitor analysis, and marketing insights.
  • Create or oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and posts on multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand messaging.
  • Moderate online conversations, establish strong relationships with the brand audience, and manage customer feedback.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships.
  • Compose written content (captions, descriptions, etc.) for social media posts.
  • Support the Ad Manager in implementing social media ad campaigns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing, business, or communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals, layouts, typography, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
