The Accountant - Part time role is a part-time position with US offshore recruitment and work-from-home arrangement.
Main Responsibilities- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations, maintain proper documentation of all billing records.
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments, reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.
- Debt Collection: Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or official letters, maintain a log of collection activities and customer communications.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers, identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
