Accounting Specialist Job Description

The position of Accounting Specialist is open to applicants who are seeking a challenging role in the field of accounting.

  • Pursuing or holding qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA is a requirement for this job.
  • Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience working in an accounting firm and be familiar with various accounting principles and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client accounts, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly documented and up-to-date.
  2. They will also be required to stay informed about tax laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to clients on how to meet their tax obligations.
  3. Additionally, the Accounting Specialist will help clients understand and meet their tax requirements, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills:

Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Receivable, bookkeeping tasks, VAT, and Corporate Tax is essential for this role. Proficiency in electronic filing software is highly desirable.
