Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that meet client objectives, ensuring a positive client experience and optimal campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

This involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and goals, strategizing and executing email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns, communicating insights and reports on performance, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and working with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and objectives.
  2. Formulate and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies to achieve client goals.
  3. Analyze data and communicate insights and reports on campaign performance.
  4. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to ensure overall positive client experience.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure alignment on overall strategy.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance client marketing efforts.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
