As a Business Continuity Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.
The role focuses on ensuring the organization's resilience and ability to recover from disruptions, while also promoting a strong risk culture.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of BCM initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure effective business continuity planning.
- Research and analyze regulatory requirements and industry best practices to stay up-to-date on BCM trends and developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization's operations and reputation.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BCM principles, frameworks, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
