The Manager of Global Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight reports directly to the AVP of ORRO. The role focuses on Business Continuity Management and is part of the second line of defense independent oversight function. It partners with the first line of defense businesses to ensure the business continuity management framework and controls are integrated with and enhance the operational resilience approach, addressing all standard and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing governance of the Business Continuity Risk Management Standard. Research and analyze regulatory requirements on business continuity risk, including best practices to keep the BCM Standard relevant. Engage with key stakeholders across risk segments to gather feedback and develop effective tracking mechanisms for managing change. Oversee business disruption risk metrics from the first line of defense, identify potential breaches, and recommend actions. Create training materials and facilitate training sessions as needed. Promote a strong risk culture and oversee related risk culture assessments. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of operational risk management experience, with strong familiarity with Crisis Management, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, and Third Party Risk Management. Deep knowledge of operational processes, risks, and controls. Broad understanding of financial services/insurance industry and products.
