**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or collections setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
