Training Manager Position

The Training Manager will be responsible for assessing organizational and individual training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive programs that align with business objectives and employee development goals.
  • Designing and implementing effective materials, manuals, e-learning courses, and workshops.
  • Coordinating and delivering in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Selecting and managing external training vendors or consultants when needed.
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
  • Supporting onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with proven experience as a Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager, or similar role, is required.

Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning management systems (LMS) is necessary, along with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Certifications such as CPLP, SHRM, or ATD are beneficial.
