Job Description

We are seeking a talented and compassionate In-Field Coach to support missionaries in their first twelve weeks in the field. As an In-Field Coach, you will train remotely using established principles and resources to provide real-world experiences for our missionaries.

Working closely with our team, you will develop and implement customized training plans that meet the unique needs of each missionary. Your role will involve providing one-on-one coaching, small group facilitation, and regular follow-up to ensure our missionaries receive the support they need to succeed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing customized training plans for individual missionaries.
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and small group facilitation to support missionary growth and development.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and progress monitoring to ensure missionaries are meeting their goals.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and improve our training programs and materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of our organization's mission and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
