CRM Business Process Optimizer

As a HubSpot CRM specialist at Vertis, you will play a critical role in driving our digital transformation strategy. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end CRM implementations, designing integrations, and optimizing business processes to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration
a. Lead and manage full-cycle HubSpot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
b. Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and requirements. - Integration and Interoperability
a. Design and implement integrations between HubSpot CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
b. Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. - Process Optimization and Improvement
a. Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
b. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within HubSpot. - Data Quality and Governance
a. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
b. Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on HubSpot.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM customization, configuration, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot integrations, utilizing APIs and integration platforms.
- Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- HubSpot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software.
- Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer support tools integrated with HubSpot.
