Senior Business Process Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Transformation Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting process discovery and walkthrough sessions to identify gaps and opportunities.
You will quantify the impact of these gaps and develop recommendations for improvement. You will also support business process owners in deploying agreed recommendations and measuring benefits of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process discovery and walkthrough sessions.
- Quantify the impact of process gaps and opportunities.
- Develop recommendations for improvement.
- Support business process owners in deployment.
- Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and tools.
- Project Management Training or Certification.
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies and tools.
- Training for LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt.
- Able to influence senior leaders with insightful recommendations.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have experience with Project Management frameworks and tools. A LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt certification is an advantage.
