Job Overview

The Renewals Manager is a critical role in the management of customer accounts, requiring close collaboration with sales teams, professional services, technical support, and sales operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in licensing and owned assets within assigned accounts.
  • Understand complex software quoting and revenue models, including ARR, ACV, and TCV.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Drive expansions through direct relationships with sales teams.
  • Review client requests with technical support, product management, and regional sales teams.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Initiate procurement/renewal processes three months prior to renewal dates to ensure timely renewals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledgeable in privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is beneficial.
  • Comfortable interacting with complex clients, preferably at the director level.
  • Ability to understand high-level technical aspects of products and provide business and technical solutions.
  • Competency with Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
