At our organization, we have a dynamic Accounts Payable role available.

Job Description

This is a business-critical position responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the organization.

  • The incumbent will be responsible for completing payments, controlling expenses, receiving payments, processing invoices, verifying and reconciling them.

They will also need to ensure accurate and timely payment of bills and manage cash flow effectively.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Administration Management
  • At least 2 years' worth of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
  • Basic math skills and data entry expertise
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
