Key Responsibilities:
The Labor Relations Specialist II will be responsible for:
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Labor Relations:
- Handle employee disputes
- Ensure grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures
Communication:
- Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to internal customers
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or must have a working knowledge of PH Labor Laws with experience in representing the Company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
- Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
