About the Role:

Your expertise in HRIS and compensation will enable you to drive business growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement compensation structures that align with company goals and objectives.Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic compensation and benefits initiatives.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
