Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated paralegal to join our team in a remote capacity. As a litigation paralegal, you will play a vital role in case preparation and management by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organizing and maintaining legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conducting legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Preparing trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Tracking deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicating clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Managing document production and review during discovery.

You must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
