About This Role:

Quality Reviewers monitor and correct creative work, ensuring it meets standards. They have the opportunity to make an impact on customers and support the company's mission.

Scope of Work:

  • Review customer requests efficiently, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency, reviewing 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide feedback on creative output, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and industry standards.
  • Adhere to established quality control procedures while utilizing platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline the handling of the quality review queue.
  • Stay informed about updates and information concerning the creative review process, ensuring the enforcement of up-to-date procedures.
  • Generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality.
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality control processes.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant software.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Capacity to effectively comprehend information and maintain quality standards.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
