Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Content Specialist to drive our growth by crafting engaging ad content that converts. This individual will serve as the bridge between internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • They will source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh daily video content.
  • This role involves translating campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across various platforms.
  • They will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective content strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content creation.
  4. Work with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of creative assets into our marketing campaigns.
  5. Analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions and optimize results.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Familiarity with paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and their respective requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple creative streams simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach, with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
