Procurement Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Your role will involve preparing purchase orders, receiving and processing sales orders, monitoring stock levels, and communicating with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules.
Responsibilities- Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs.
- Receive and process sales orders from customers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Experience with Production Control Planning.
- Knowledgeable in procurement flow.
- Knowledgeable with warehouse and stock control.
- Ability to work in Carmona Cavite.
