About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Cavite. The ideal candidate will have experience in production control planning, procurement flow, and warehouse management.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, receiving and processing sales orders, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing purchase orders based on sales needs
  • Receiving and processing sales orders from customers
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Communicating with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules
