Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and dynamic Business Development Coordinator to support our global outsource sales team. This role involves managing briefs, liaising with intercompany departments, and ensuring timely administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all submitted briefs and collaborate with the intercompany department to ensure accurate pricing and timely returns.
  • Provide effective administrative support to the global outsource sales team, ensuring seamless communication and productivity.
  • Develop critical paths for received orders and work with the wider Link team to achieve planned milestones.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of SO, PO, and costing sheets; maintain regular communication with intercompany departments to ensure on-time production and supply.
Requirements
  • Experience in promotional merchandising and working closely with Global Sales teams.
  • Ability to handle product development projects independently through strong communication, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and numerical skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and good command of language skills in written and spoken English.
