Position Title: Business Development Representative
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Salary: Php 30,000.00 to Php 35,000.00

Our client provides the ability to grow their partners' "Sphere of Influence" by bringing consistency to the growth of their social media connections through sites such as LinkedIn. Job Description

Your Responsibilities as Business Development Representative would be:

  1. Develop sales strategies to attract potential customers.
  2. Seek new business opportunities.
  3. Keep updated about latest business trends.
  4. Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
  5. Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  6. Arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  7. Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
  8. Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers.
  9. Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
  10. Actively contribute to sharing knowledge on client needs and context.
  11. Ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Qualifications as Business Development Representative:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' work experience and track record in sales, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or similar industry is strongly preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and written skills.
  4. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
  5. In-depth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
  6. Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
  8. Advanced skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
  9. Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
  10. Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
  11. Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
  12. Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
