Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to serve as a trainee professional. This position requires a solid understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks, as well as a basic comprehension of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Additionally, it is essential to have a good understanding of how the team interacts with others to accomplish objectives.


This role makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information. It is expected that problems will be resolved by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents. Effective communication is crucial, including the ability to exchange information in a concise and logical manner, while also being sensitive to audience diversity. The impact of this role is limited to own job, but direct impact on business quality through the tasks provided.



Responsibilities
  • Remediate data in Clients and Security Coding systems.
  • Perform trend analysis, identify root causes, and implement or suggest solutions based on root cause analysis.
  • Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality remediation.
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Own ad-hoc projects from inception through completion.
  • Provide tangible metrics to management.
  • Assess risk adequately when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications
  • Manage various data remediation work streams projects knowledge.
  • Experience maintaining client static data within capital markets environment.
  • Take ownership of allocated work and be accountable.
  • Able to identify, troubleshoot issues, and escalate.
  • Financial services related qualifications.


Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
