We're seeking an accomplished Supply Planning Executive to join our team. As a key player in our end-to-end supply planning process, you'll be responsible for ensuring product availability while balancing flexibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive supply plans that respect agreed capacity levels, guaranteeing timely delivery of finished and semi-finished goods to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
  • Manage the assigned area's supply network by replenishing dispatch points to achieve customer service objectives and maintain optimal stock cover, considering distribution costs.
  • Develop an 18-month production plan for factories within your scope, taking into account available capacity, sub-contracting, co-manufacturing, and other relevant factors.
  • Establish committed capacity, including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments, and labor requirements.
  • Analyze net dispatch requirements and create coordinated supply and deployment plans to meet customer demand within min-max stock corridors, minimizing total delivered costs.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of promotional activities and new product launches, protecting COF and minimizing write-offs.
  • Establish and regularly revise stock policies for Finished Goods at all stock locations, working with Planners of Receiving Markets for IMS products, and proactively addressing deviations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in operational roles, specifically in factory planning, logistics, or similar supply planning positions.
  • Familiarity with procurement, factory production team lead, or customer-facing supply chain roles is beneficial.
  • Exposure to customer service, strategic planning, SBR, NCE, and product life cycle processes is advantageous.

  • Provide visibility to Transportation, Logistics, and Procurement teams on medium- to long-term horizons to prepare transportation negotiations and capacity booking.
  • Maintain relevant master data and perform weekly planning health checks.
