Senior Software Developer


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as a senior software developer.


This role involves designing, developing and maintaining scalable software solutions for complex business problems. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and experience in agile development methodologies.


As a senior software developer, you will lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features. You will also review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.


Collaboration with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions is essential. Additionally, the ability to identify and resolve technical debt and system bottlenecks is crucial.


Guiding and training junior developers to help them grow their skills is also an important aspect of this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of professional software development experience in front-end React.JS or React native
  • Solid proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Familiar with testing (unit testing, performance testing, integration testing)
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications and performance optimization
  • Background in agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, Postgres and Redis
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
