
Remote Customer Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to work as a remote customer service agent, supporting various initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
- Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims.
- Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
- Follow established procedures while utilizing available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior call center experience is necessary.
- A work-from-home setup is essential.
- You should have a strong command of the English language.
- A typing speed of 20+ WPM is expected.
- A high-speed internet connection is required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is required.
- Good troubleshooting and follow-up skills are necessary.
- You must be able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
